RHMPI has been serving this community for more than four decades, and you can count on us to be here in the future. Our locations are nestled in the heart of the Black Belt. Each health is uniquely placed within each community to create to be the safety net of the Black Belt Region.

To improve the availability of health and wellness services to residents of our service area, by leading the efforts to eliminate the challenges of receiving quality, affordable health care.

Our primary care providers serve as the first point of care for common illnesses and health issues, and also coordinate with specialists, advanced practitioners and medical resources as needed. Our network of community health centers is committed to providing you with access to quality primary healthcare. We make it easy for everyone in your family to get the care they need at one of our eight (8) health care facilities. It is our goal to provide the health care services you deserve regardless of your ability to pay. We strive to deliver the best experience to each of our patients. We customize each of our patient’s health plans to achieve their overall wellness goals as well as, to promote a healthier longer lifespan.
